There will be a range of children’s activities at the festival, including:
Simon Waterfield, Storyteller
Simon will be dressed in medieval costume and tell children’s stories about the same period. Latest stories include Dragon’s and other captivating tales.
Stories last for about 15 to 20 minutes and he will have a board next to his tent with times of performances.
Children’s Fancy dress Competition with judging in the main arena at 3.00pm.
Come to the festival dressed as a named figure from history. If you can tell us something about the person, so much the better! Judging at 3.00pm in the main arena. £1.00 entry.
